Course Structure
The program is structured into four progressive levels, from Foundation to Advanced, with 20 courses in total. Foundation: An enhanced version of our CCSS-based course, focusing on academic fundamentals, reading analysis, and open-ended question responses. Elementary: Builds core vocabulary and basic sentence structures through picture description, simple story comprehension, and introductory writing tasks. Intermediate: Develops key reading skills such as character analysis, fact vs. opinion, and cause-and-effect reasoning, while introducing paragraph writing, expository writing, and persuasive writing. Advanced: Strengthens students’ ability to analyse complex texts, including non-fiction and informational texts, and develops open-ended response strategies, argumentation skills, and academic writing conventions.
